The Supply and Demand Stack
Why oxygen plus exercise beats either one alone. Also a general model for stacking interventions.
How it works
- 1Intervention one increases supply (concentrated oxygen floods the system). Intervention two increases demand (exercise makes cells hungry for exactly that input).
- 2Neither alone produces the compounding result. Together they multiply.
- 3The same logic drives the red light sequencing: EWOT first to flood oxygen, red light immediately after to drive mitochondrial uptake.
- 4Founder translation: audit your growth stack for the demand side. Most founders over-invest in supply and never build the demand that lets the system absorb it.
