Framework
The Reframe Question
The single question that converted Brad from a frustrated patient into a founder.
How it works
- 1Identify the thing you rejected. Name the actual reason you rejected it.
- 2Ask: "If the blocker were removed, would I still want this?"
- 3Brad rejected EWOT on price, not merit, so price became the design constraint and the business model.
- 4Test for founders: the best products are usually built by the customer who couldn't afford the existing one.
