Framework
Brief → Epics → Milestones → Tasks
Eric's cascade for turning a rough idea into agent-ready, hallucination-checked work.
How it works
- 1Start with a brief: data structures, golden pathways, MVP definition, need-to-have versus nice-to-have.
- 2Hand the brief to a product manager agent and a project manager agent (Eric uses the Agency Agents GitHub repo).
- 3Lock epics and milestones first, review for hallucinations, then generate tasks.
- 4Cap every task at 300 lines or less to avoid God files: more tasks, fewer bugs, modular components.
