Framework
The Three-Tier Filtration System
Jason's cascade for surviving inbound chaos.
How it works
- 1Tier 1: Notion holds all projects, tasks, and deep context.
- 2Tier 2: when inbound chaos spikes, distill to a digital notepad.
- 3Tier 3: when it gets really crazy, physical paper and a Post-it, valid for two to three days max.
- 4Run a hygiene pass after: wipe the paper, wipe the notepad, reorient the root system.
- 5Whatever survives to the Post-it is the gold standard, validated by friction.
