What it is

FLAE Robotics builds BE-A, an AI-powered hotel receptionist that manages guest communication and front-desk-adjacent tasks, bookings, guest requests, day-to-day messaging, over email, WhatsApp, and voice, operating 24/7 in over 100 languages. It integrates with existing hotel property management systems including Bookolo, Oracle, and Previo. The product is rolling out in phases: BE-A Virtual (current), BE-A Voice, BE-A Avatar, and a physical holographic display unit, BE-A Holobox, planned for 2027. BE-A is live in roughly 60 hotels, with 2026 press documenting a deployment at a London superyacht hotel and expansion into Germany and Austria following a UK launch. Founded by Filip Linek (former hotel co-owner) and Lukáš Korous (ex-McKinsey), and based in Prague, Czech Republic.
