Deliberate Studio

What it is

Deliberate Studio sells access to ten named AI agents (Zelda for paid media/creative, Anni for email/retention, Louisa for customer insights, Waldo for operations, Maggie for finance, C.J. for Amazon, Aaron for wholesale, among others) that operate on a brand's own data across Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, Google Ads, and Amazon. The agents share a unified data layer and generate recommendations backed by internal sources, reviews, support tickets, surveys, P&L data, that a human approves before execution; every action is reversible and logged. Founder Matt Hassett built the system first inside his own DTC brand, Loftie (sleep-wellness, sold in 37 countries), where it reportedly surfaced a 15-point margin gap that ended an underperforming agency contract and caught an email flow that had been silently switched off in half the brand's markets. Deliberate is that internal tool productized for other ecommerce brands, priced flat rather than as a percentage of ad spend: $1,500/mo for a limited Starter scope, $7,500/mo for the full ten-agent team.
