Framework
The 4H Framework (ikigAI)
Ross's diagnostic for deciding what stays human.
How it works
- 1Here: presence and accountability, the willingness to carry the weight of a decision instead of delegating it to a system.
- 2Hunger: drive that can't be prompted. Staying with a problem longer than is rational.
- 3Heart: empathy that isn't sentiment analysis. The outcome changes because the person doing the work cares.
- 4Hunch: compressed experience, pattern recognition that fires before you can explain it. Score each trait 1-5; four traits active means the efficiency argument doesn't get near it.
