Framework
Interrogate Before You Automate
Automation's real first payoff is forcing you to examine the process at all.
How it works
- 1You cannot automate a process you have never examined. The act of automating forces you to ask 'is there a better way,' a question almost nobody stops to ask.
- 2A workflow run only inside one human's head is already the riskiest version. If they leave tomorrow, the process leaves with them.
- 3An 80% automated workflow that is occasionally wrong beats a 100% human one that is reliably slow, as long as you keep the high-risk, must-not-hallucinate steps separate.

It is an assembled spec built from six fixed inputs. Missing any one of them is why the output looks generic.Anchor Frames (The Glue Method)Still images are cheap and fast. Video generation is expensive and slow. Anchor first, animate second — and the video model bridges between your stills instead of inventing new backgrounds. The Locked Cast SystemA character that regenerates differently in every scene is useless. Lock the likeness once, reuse it everywhere — like a video game avatar that belongs to your brand.
