What it is

Zero Hiring is an AI-powered recruitment process outsourcing platform built by Shar Broumand, one of eight companies inside Infinity Constellation, the AI-native holding company spun out of Invisible Technologies. Tell it you want to hire a role and it interviews you, drafts the job description, waits for a human to approve it, then pushes the role across its network. Applicants can land within minutes; the AI scores and ranks them but never nominates or eliminates anyone. Qualified candidates get a link, a 48-hour window, and a fifteen-minute AI screen that a human recruiter can go back and grade before real people decide who moves forward. The pricing is the other half of the pitch. No monthly fee, no software to license, no ATS to buy. The fee is 6% or less of the role's cash component, split 50/50: half when the role opens, half only when a candidate accepts. Shar calls it the electricity model — always wired into the client's process, billed only when the lights turn on.
