Framework
Three-Criteria Build Filter
Three questions before committing to any new product: business model, time involvement, and love.
How it works
- 1First: what is the business model and how does cash actually flow?
- 2Second: can this run on 5–10 hours per week after launch?
- 3Third: do I love this problem, and does it need to exist?
- 4If the third criterion is not true, the first two do not matter.
