- 1Bucket 1: Companies that fear AI and avoid it entirely.
- 2Bucket 2: Companies that buy ChatGPT Enterprise or Claude Enterprise seats and call themselves AI native, but it is just a tool.
- 3Bucket 3: A human with an army of agents, where every employee becomes a manager of agents.
- 4Bucket 4: An army of agents with a human, where agents run continuously and pull humans in only for judgment, strategy, and creativity.
